I had Network Scangear installed on Windows 7 per your instructions and it worked for about a year and a half. A few months ago it stopped. I was able to get it working for a short time then it stopped again. After trying everything I could think of I erased every trace of the program I could find and tried to reinstall. The install file program starts but stalls and says that it cannot find the. When I look in the directory it refers to the file is there. Why cant the install file see it?
